At Oudora, we offer authentic Arabian perfumes crafted with exotic, long-lasting essences. We have options for men, women, kids and unisex preferences.
Do you have a physical store?
No, Oudora is an online-only store. We operate through a dropshipping model, which means all orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices without maintaining physical inventory.
Are your perfumes original?
Absolutely. All our perfumes are 100% original and sourced directly from certified manufacturers in the Middle East.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, mexico and other countries. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
USA: 3 to 7 business days • Canada: 7 to 15 business days • Mexico: 7 to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs or weather-related delays.
Can I return a perfume?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened perfumes. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we run special promotions regularly. Subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers and product news.

Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first hour after placing the order. Please email us as soon as possible at costumerservice.oudora@gmail.com
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at costumerservice.oudora@gmail.com If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
My order shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue with the courier.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard international shipping. We’re working on adding express options soon to better serve our customers.

How long does the fragrance last?
Our perfumes are made with high-concentration oils, providing a long-lasting scent that can stay on the skin for up to 8–12 hours, depending on the specific fragrance and skin type.
Are your perfumes alcohol-free?
Some of our perfumes are oil-based and alcohol-free, while others contain alcohol for a lighter spray application. You can find this information in each product’s description.
Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
Currently, we do not offer samples, but we’re working on adding discovery sets and minis soon so you can explore more scents before committing to a full bottle.
